Admin Status tracking:
Admins can enable reporting fields to track form progress:
Pending – Form has been sent but not completed
Send Form – Form has not yet been sent
Completed - Form has been reviewed and submitted
Overridden - As an admin, you can override a pending or incomplete status
Admins have the ability to override induction form requirements.
Use cases:
Urgent credential issuance
Exceptional cases where form completion is not required
Once overridden, the individual is treated as eligible for credential check-in.
Induction Form Completion Logic
When multiple induction forms are sent to the same individual, after completion of just one, users will be eligible to receive credentials in Lennd.
The issuing manager will be responsible for verifying the completion of multiple forms, if multiple forms are assigned.
Credential Issuance With Induction Forms Overview
The credential issuance process follows this flow:
Credential must be in Approved status to be issued
To check in a credential, the induction form must be Completed or Overridden.
System Validation:
Users submitting forms are verified via a time-based code sent to their email associated with their CRM record.
