Accessing preset reports

Lennd automatically creates reports for most modules. To access these, sign into Lennd and your event. Click "Reports" from the left-hand navigation panel. Click a preset report to automatically download the report data in an Excel (.xlsx) file.

Creating custom reports

  • Click "Add Report" beside the module you want to report on.

  • In the "Edit Report Template" pop-up window, you can customize the following settings:

    • Report Title

    • Filter records

      • All record types

      • Selected record types

    • Sort by (any field)

      • Ascending or descending

    • Select fields to show

      • Add or remove fields in your report

    • Sections

      • ‘This will allow you to add fields from other related modules to the report

    • Print in landscape format

      • Custom reports can be downloaded as .xlsx, .pdf, and .html. This will format the .pdf report in landscape mode.

Editing custom reports

Custom reports can be edited or deleted by clicking the three-dot button to the right of the "Actions" button.

To edit a report, select "Edit Report" from the menu and follow the steps listed above.

Exporting View Data

Data that is shown in views can also be exported from any module. Learn more about these: Dashboards & Views

To export from a view, click "Options" above the table view. You will have the option to export as comma-separated values (.csv) or .xlsx (Excel). CSV is recommended if you are planning to import the data into another system. XLSX is best if you want to analyze the data in Excel.

The output of this report will be an output of the columns you have set up on your view. You can add or delete columns by selecting "Show/Hide Fields".

To export another view, select that view from "Select a view" and click Options - Export.

You can also export data from views by subscribing to an XML or JSON feed. Click the Subscribe button beside options to access these. Again, only the columns that are visible in the view will be populated in the feed. Any changes saved to the view will change the data that is available in the feed.
