Forms can be distributed in different ways. Here are the most common options to share your form from Lennd.
Through a public link on your website
Through the portal
By emailing the form link
Get a link to your form
Each form has its own unique link. You can get the link
Copy Share Link - open Forms and click "Options" when hovering over a form. Click "Copy share link" from the pop-out menu. This will copy the link which can be pasted in a document, on your website, etc.
Edit - Share - Open a form and click "Share" from the top menu. The link will be displayed and can be copied, emailed, or assigned from this page.
Add forms to portals
Forms can be added to portals by assigning them to group types or individual groups. This is an efficient way to share a large number of forms and have them all in one place for your groups to review and complete their tasks.
Here is how to add a form to a portal:
From the form
Go to Forms - Edit - Share - Assign
You can assign to all groups in a group type or pick individual groups. You can also set custom due dates for a group or group type to complete the form by.
From the CRM
Go to CRM - Groups or People
Select the contacts you want to assign the form to
Click Assign - Forms
Select the forms you want to assign and click Save.
Email the form link
Here is how to email your form.
From the form
Go to Forms - Edit - Share - Link
Click "Send Form." A window will open where you can enter email addresses and compose a quick message.
From the CRM
Go to CRM - Groups or People
Select the contacts you want to assign the form to
Click Send - Emails
In the email setup screen, you can insert a link to the form as a merge tag. Click the "Merge Tags" button above the email editor, then navigate to Forms and select the form. It will insert a link that displays with the form name in the sent email.
From your own email
Go to Forms - Edit - Share - Link
Copy the link
Enter it into your email system
